EL-TECH 235 is a silver filled, two component, room temperature cure, 1 to 1 mix ratio, easy to use electrically conductive %100 solid epoxy adhesive with excellent solvent resistance properties. Product is designed for bonding electronical and mechanical attachments on electronic devices. EL-TECH 235 results as optimum solution for cold curing/heat sensitive applications with excellent conductivity and gap filling properties.
