    Release Agent on Graphite Trays and Hardware in the Carbide Tooling Industry

    Gra-C 0701 is a water-based coating consisting of high purity natural flake graphite and amorphous carbon particles. Gra-C 0701 is used as a release agent on graphite trays and hardware in the carbide tooling industry. The dried coating can prevent the bonding of high cobalt alloys to the surface of the graphite tray. Gra-C 0701 is an excellent coating for porous substrates where slip or release is desired.

    Gra-C 0701 can be applied by brush or roller directly from the container. The product is a concentrate and can be diluted readily with plain tap water for spray applications.
